I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with a fantastic view from both bedrooms. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. My Spanish is very limited and almost everyone was able to communicate with me using English. I looked forward to breakfast every morning as they had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. I most definitely will be back!

Beautiful historic hotel we stayed there for 5 nights with a group of 33 people celebrating my brother’s 50 th birthday. very central, you can walk to go shopping or eating and dining at the roof top restaurants in the hotel or around Casco. The cocktails at the bar delicious and the breakfast was great variety, food was fresh. I’d rate the hotel Uber from there quick and cheap…….,10/10 great experience. The staff was also nice and very accommodating.

My son and I stayed one night at the Decapolis Hotel, and while the property itself is impressive, the overall experience was mixed. The hotel is immaculately clean, centrally located, and offers great views of the city. We enjoyed the modern amenities, including the large pool, glass elevator, and the convenient skywalk that connects directly to a shopping center. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the facilities. Staff members were curt and unhelpful, and when we asked questions, we were often shrugged off or redirected without explanation. Other guests were assisted while we were ignored, which left a negative impression. The hotel’s open‑lobby design also created a major issue: an event took place late into the night, and the noise carried all the way up to the rooms. We weren’t able to sleep until it ended past midnight. Check‑in was another challenge. Tour groups arrived at the same time, and although two staff members were present, only one was willing to check us in. The other employee was checking in random guests but refused to assist us, pointing us toward the long tour‑group line instead. Checkout, however, was quick and easy. Overall, the hotel has excellent facilities and a great location, but the service and noise issues significantly impacted our stay.
